Goswami was born in Dehradun, Uttarakhand to a father from Benares (now Varanasi), Uttar Pradesh and a mother from Shillong, Meghalaya.She was educated in Dehradun where she studied at the D.A.V. Public School until class 8.
She also studied at Maa Anandmayi Memorial school. Goswami began her profession in which for manufacturers such as Soft drink, Powerhouse Wrist timepieces and Htc among others. She were in the film of popular music project 'DIL KYA KARE' by Quick Seo sang by Shaan.She then created her leap into performing generating her very first in the 2003 Bollywood film, Paap focused by Pooja Bhatt.
Her next film Zeher, which also created an appearance Emraan Hashmi and Shamita Shetty, was her cutting-edge function and she became a well known experience in the market. Her function was that of a femme fatale. She also created an appearance in the film Aksar complete opposite Dino Morea.She was presented with Upen Patel in Ahmed Khan's popular music film of the remix of Kya Khoob Lagti Ho.
