Baking is the process of cooking by use of warm. Using them and ingredients differ extensively across the world, showing unique environmental, economic, and social cultures. Chefs themselves also differ extensively in skill and training. Baking can also occur through chemical type reactions without the presence of warm, such as as in Ceviche, a traditional Spanish dish where seafood is cooked with the acids in lime or freshly squeezed lemon juice. Sushi also runs on the similar chemical type reaction between seafood and the acid content of grain hard with vinegar.
Cooking with heat or fire is an activity unique to people, and some experts believe the creation of baking performed a huge role in human progress.Most anthropologists believe that baking that will fire first developed around 250,000 years ago. The development of farming, business and transport between cultures in different parts offered chefs many new ingredients. New technology and technological innovation, such as ceramic for positioning and cooking water, enhanced using them. Some modern chefs apply advanced technological methods to baking.
